We are full service provider for the professional washing and waterproofing of specialist clothing who provide the highest quality by using an innovative process. Our basis is the use of environmentally friendly and specialised clothing related methods which we are constantly and continously improving.

We cooperate with a number of well established national and international manufacturers, in many areas of outdoor clothing, as an example motorcycle and fire brigade clothing, (eg. Jack Wolfskin, VAUDE, Mammut, Kjus, Berghans, Schöffel, Rosenbauer, S-GARD) as well as their specialised dealers.

In a relatively short time we have become successfully established on the German and Austrian markets and are looking to continue our expansion further within Europe. Using our diversified market approach our service is available through various channels, shops, specialised stores, online-shops of the manufacturers as well as directly through our own online-shop www.online-impraegnierung.de. Here our customers can send us their clothing directly via DHL and it will be returned cleaned and reproofed a few days later.

Our company was founded in Hardegsen near Göttingen in 2014 by Axel Meyer and Dr. Jochen Kuhl. This was a spin-off from Wäsherei Meyer and Dr.Kuhl Consulting GmbH & Co.KG. Axel Meyer has over 20 years experience in the treatment and cleaning of specialised clothing and is regarded as an expert in this field. Dr Kuhl is a consultant specialised in the optimisation and digitalisation of business proceses in mid sized companies. His know-how has given the business an optimal process from order entry to shipment of the finished garments.

The partners have been friends since childhood.

MeyerundKuhl Spezialwäschen has been a member of the German Textile Cleaning Association Deutschen Textilreinigungs-Verband e. V. (DTV) since 2019.
