Analysis Tools and Advertising
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereafter “Google”). The processing of data serves to analyse this website and its visitors. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services to the website operator relating to website and internet use. The IP address communicated by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not associated with any other data held by Google.
Google Analytics uses cookies, which make it possible to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website (incl. your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services related to website activity.
For more information about privacy related to Google Analytics, see the Google Analytics Help Center (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).

In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data (incl. your IP address) generated by the cookies and associated with your use of the website by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a contract regarding order data processing with Google and fully implement the strict provisions of German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.
IP Anonymisation
IP anonymisation is activated on this website. Google uses this to shorten your IP address beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services related to website activity. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution operated by Google LLC. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data. The tool causes other tags to be activated which may, for their part, register data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If recording has been deactivated on domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps and its API to display interactive maps and to provide directions. Google Maps is a map service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information on the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planner function if applicable, is transmitted to Google in the USA.
When you call up a website of our Internet presence that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Google servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website by it. Therefore, we have no influence on the extent of the data collected by Google in this way. According to our state of knowledge, this is at least the following data:
• the date and time of the visit to the concerned website,
• Internet address or URL of the web page accessed,
• IP address,
• (Start) address entered during route planning.
We have no influence on the further processing and use of the data by Google and can therefore accept no responsibility for this. However, by being certified according to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Google guarantees that the EU’s data protection requirements are also met when data is processed in the USA.
The legal basis for data processing by Google Maps is Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter f “DSGVO”. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation of the functionality of our website.
If you do not want Google to collect, process or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, you will not be able to use the map display.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google, as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please refer to Google’s data protection information: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
YouTube
On our website we use plugins from YouTube, a site operated by Google. Operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. By means of data protection-friendly default settings, YouTube says that it only saves your data when you actually start a video.
By being certified in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Google and its subsidiary YouTube guarantees that the EU’s data protection requirements are also complied when data is processed in the USA.
The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the “DSGVO”. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our Internet presence. A connection to the server of YouTube in the USA is required in order to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. During this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time as well as the website you visit.
If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality as well as for the analysis of usage behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your internet browser on your end device. If you do not agree with this processing, you have the possibility to prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings.
Google provides further information on the collection and use of data and your rights and protection options in this respect in the data protection information at https://policies.google.com/privacy

You always have the right of information (free of charge) concerning your personal data stored, their source and their recipients, as well as the purpose of the data processing. Moreover, you have the right of rectification, blocking or erasure of these data.
For further information or questions concerning the topic of personal data, you may contact us at any time via email to the following email-address: datenschutz@meyerundkuhl.de

Liability for external links
Our service offers include links to external third party websites, whose content we are not responsible for. Therefore, we cannot assume liability for these third party contents. The provider or operator of the hyperlinked websites are to be held responsible for their content. Any linked website was reviewed and checked for violations against the law upon linkage, however, none were apparent at that time.
